How do I make a booking?
Tell us your location, date, time and the item you require (with item number). You can call, text or email us. We will confirm your booking after checking the availability. No deposit required.
Are cancellations possible?
We do not charge a cancellation fee. It is not advisable to use a jumping castle during heavy rain or high winds and we reserve the right to cancel your reservation if such weather is forecasted. We will contact you before the booking time and discuss the situation with you. However, once the castle is setup there will be no refund if the weather turns bad. It will be the customer’s responsibility to turn off the blower and cover it during your booking time.
What is included in the price?
For jumping castles: The hire price includes set up, hire time, pack up and safety briefing. Delivery is free within 20km radius from Hampton Park, VIC, 3976. Calculate distance here.
For party equipment hire: For equipment hire over $200, delivery is free within 20km radius from Hampton Park, VIC, 3976. For lesser hires, delivery charges will apply. Pick up is also possible by placing an additional deposit of $300.
How can I make the payment?
We accept cash payment on delivery and bank transfers. Bank transfers should be made five working days before the reservation date.
How much space is required for Jumping Castles?
A space of about 5m x 5m is required to set up the jumping castle. 1m minimum of access to the set up area is also essential.
Do we need to supervise the castles?
Yes, A responsible adult over 18 of the age, who has had the safety instructions explained to them should always supervise the jumping castle. Once the jumping castle has been set up it cannot be moved due to safety reasons and insurance requirements. Please do not attempt to move jumping castles.
Do you need a power supply?
Yes. There should be a power point at least within 20m of the jumping castle set up space. Customers are responsible for obtaining the approval of councils/ governing bodies for erection of jumping castles in public areas.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, We have public liability cover.
Do you supply safety instructions?
Yes we provide detailed safety instructions in the hire contract with every hire and also verbal instructions on the day. Click here for our safety instructions for jumping castles.
What happens if we damage the jumping castle or party equipment?
If the damage is considered to be malicious the hirer will be liable for all costs associated with the repair or replacement. We keep a condition report of our items and would advise you to check the items and note any problems on delivery.
Can I get extra supplies for the Fairy Floss/ Pop Corn Machines?
Yes. Supplies for 100 serves are included in the rental price of the machines.
